Of course, the fairer choice would be a stainless steel compost bin for various reasons as the more modern and preferred kind of kitchen compost bin. However, if we had to consider the pros about the plastic compost bin it would have to be the very low cost of the product. A plastic compost bin will cost you a lot lesser than the stainless steel ones and so if you are looking for a low cost option then the plastic one should definitely be your choice as it will also provide you with the end result of a rich compost as well.

Plastic compost bin vs. stainless steel compost bin has there own purposes in the market. But i rather prefer to stainless steel compost bin for its durability and long lasting materials. Its perfect for collecting food scraps for the compost pile. And some stainless steel compost bin has a carbon filter to keep any smells.
